Profile: General Manager John Harrison
John joined NDUC as a project manager in October 2005 and is now, as General Manager, a member of the organisation's executive team, responsible for overseeing operations and new business development for the service.
A chartered electrical engineer by training, John has built a strong commercial background over the years.
John has held roles in both large and small companies, holding board-level positions for the last 15 years. Among the organisations he has worked for are British Gas's Online Inspection Centre, Kidde Hartnell Ltd, and the Regional Technology Centre in Sunderland.
John remains MD of his own website analysis company, Maxsi, which he set up after leaving Thomson Travel Group.
John is married with four children.
